How long does it take to implement?

Generally speaking, onboarding to Deal Desk takes 1 to 2 weeks. We are able to move faster however, if you’re able to provide us with the API information and onboarding timeline faster.

We will do all of the heavy lifting for you. 

We just need introductions to the relevant people on your team, such as SalesOps or CRM Administrator.

We need to accomplish three things to get you set up: 

1. Install the Slack app — Installing the Slack app is pretty simple. We are currently listed on the Slack app exchange, which is accessible within Slack with a couple of clicks.
2. Integrate with your CRM or CPQ system — This read only API integration ensures that the Slack app can pull all relevant deal information into Slack and push data back as well.
3. Onboard your sales team — This depends on whether you've engaged us in a pilot or not. The time it takes to set you up is primarily driven by the availability of the people on your team.
