How do you set up discounting rules for a sales team?
It's extremely simple to do!
We'll set up your discounting matrix during the onboarding.
With your help, we populate a table indicating which roles are allowed to approve what level of discounts at your organization.
We then take the rules you set and apply them to the entire discount workflow and approval system.
If, at any point in the future, you want to change the discounting rules, such as if someone gets promoted to a higher level, you could do so in one of two ways:
- You can email our team and we can change the discounting rules for you.
- Change discounting rules whenever you wish in our self-serve portal (coming soon)
